Project: Prison Refurbishment
Duration: Long-term (up to 2 years)
We are currently recruiting experienced NPORS Traffic Marshalls for a major prison refurbishment project in Erlestoke. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable work on a secure, well-managed site.
Responsibilities

Safely control vehicle and plant movements on site

Maintain safe pedestrian routes

Communicate clearly with drivers and site operatives

Monitor site access and enforce health & safety procedures
-
Report hazards, near misses, and incidents
️ Requirements
-
Valid NPORS Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
-
CSCS card (preferred)
-
Own PPE (hi-vis, boots, hard hat, gloves)
-
Previous construction site experience
-
Strong communication and awareness skills
-
Ability to work in a secure environment (prison site)

Monday–Friday
07:30 – 17:00
