Supervising Social Worker – Therapeutic IFA
£39,000 per annum + £1,200 allowance
NonStop Care is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in Norfolk, in order to help them recruit for a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
The office is based in Thetford, and you will help cover Fenland, Huntington and the surrounding areas.
In this role, you will be joining a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating and a very good reputation.
They provide therapeutic training to all of their Social Workers and foster carers. You will be receiving regular individual and group clinical supervision provided by a qualified psychotherapist.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 13 foster families.
Extra duties include, preparing reports for fostering panels, providing or arranging training and development opportunities for foster carers and ensuring that the foster care program is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
