An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a trusted cybersecurity defender with over 10 years of experience, specializing in 24/7 security operations, strategic leadership, compliance guidance, and vulnerability assessments. We are looking for a Experienced Business Growth Executive in B2B to join this organization.





Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* This is not an account maintenance role — it's an active growth position. You'll own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature, building relationships with decision-makers across enterprise segments including energy, pharma, retail, financial services, and public administration.
* You'll work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to shape solutions that genuinely fit client needs — and you'll represent the company at events, meetings, and in the market. Think consultant first, salesperson second.
* Develop new business — identify, qualify, and convert opportunities in enterprise segments (energy, pharma, retail, financial services, public administration).
* Own the fullB2B sales cycle prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, contract signing, and post-sale follow-up.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIO, CISO, CFO, CEO), becoming a trusted advisor — not just a vendor.
* Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to define tailored solutions aligned to each client's environment and pain points.
* Position core services clearly in the market: NIS2 compliance & audit, 24/7 SOC, penetration testing, AI governance, IT compliance (ADR, DNSC, BNR, ANAF), and DevSecOps.
* Monitor account performance (revenue, profitability, client satisfaction) and drive retention and upsell opportunities.
* Manage your pipeline in HubSpot — no surprises, full visibility across the team.
* Feed market intelligence back into the team: what clients are asking, what objections come up, what competitors are doing.
* Represent the brand at industry events and in professional communities.
* Contribute to expanding into new markets and shaping commercial strategy.



Requirements

* Proven trackrecord of 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, telecom, or a closely related field.
* A relevant network in the enterprise space and the credibility to open doors — palpable experience in selling solutions and products to corporate.
* Comfortable discussing regulatory frameworks like NIS2, DORA, or ISO 27001 with CISOs and IT leaders without reading from a script.
* Naturally curious about technology — you don't need to be a pen tester, but you stay current and ask smart questions.
* Excellent communicator you adapt your style from C-level stakeholders to technical teams to first-time buyers.
* Fluent in English (Romanian is essential); additional European languages are a plus.
* Treats CRM as a genuine tool for staying on top of things, not a burden.
* Collaborative — you celebrate others' wins as much as your own.
* University degree; training in consultative or value-based selling is a plus.
* Category B driving licence.
