Odoo Consultant

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading provider of HR solutions that connects talented individuals with top employers worldwide, offering industry insights and training. We are looking for a Odoo Consultant to join this organization.





Responsibilities

* Lead fulllifecycleOdooERP implementations requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment
* Work closely with stakeholders to map business processes and design scalable, optimized workflows
* Collaborate with developers by preparing clear functional specifications for custom modules
* Deliver user training sessions and create documentation to ensure strong adoption
* Mentor junior consultants, manage timelines, and act as escalation point for complex challenges



Requirements

* 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo solutions
* Strong expertise in core Odoo modules and the broader ecosystem
* Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to translate operations into efficient ERP setups
* Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing roles
* Basic understanding of Odoo technical architecture is a plus
* Languages Professional English (French is a plus)
* Nice to have: Odoo Certification (v16, v17, or v18)
