Job Description:
 
As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for preparing dishes according to quality standards.
 
Duties:
 
- preparing ingredients yourself
- application of basic cooking techniques
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s). Job requirements:
 
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
 
Employment conditions
Salary in accordance with the Hospitality CLA scale 5; market-rate salary between €2,510 and €3,050 gross per month (depending on experience)
