Speech & Language Therapist – East Sussex

Location: East Sussex (near East Grinstead)
Salary Package: £28,000 – £45,000 (Band 5–6 equivalent)

NonStop Care is working with a specialist school in East Sussex looking to recruit a Speech & Language Therapist to join their established therapy team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment where therapy is embedded into daily learning. You will support children with a range of communication needs, delivering practical and meaningful interventions that directly impact independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities of Speech & Language Therapist:

* Managing a paediatric caseload within a specialist school
* Delivering 1:1 and group therapy sessions
* Supporting a range of communication needs, including AAC
* Working collaboratively with education staff and families
* Contributing to EHCPs and reports
* Implementing evidence-based therapy approaches

Requirements for Speech & Language Therapist:

* HCPC registration (or eligibility)
* Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
* Experience within paediatric or school settings
* Knowledge of autism and communication strategies
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
