Join one of the world’s most influential global brands, supporting their European operations within a high‑performing marketing team. You’ll be part of a team that drives recruitment and engagement for a major delivery partner programme across multiple European markets.

We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise email campaigns across Europe. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll build, deploy, and refine both one‑off and automated email programmes, working closely with Field Marketing, Content, Media Performance, and external agencies.



What You’ll Be Doing

* Building and deploying email campaigns using Pardot (or similar automation platforms)
* Creating responsive, conversion‑focused email templates
* Managing the intake and workflow of email requests via Asana
* Collaborating with native speakers to ensure high‑quality localisation
* Segmenting and maintaining audience lists in line with GDPR
* Partnering with an external agency to deliver automated programmes
* Running A/B tests and analysing performance metrics to drive improvements
* Conducting thorough QA across devices, browsers, and email clients



Must‑Have Skills:

* Advanced hands‑on experience in email marketing
* Strong HTML/CSS skills for email template customisation
* Experience with Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar
* Advanced project management skills (Asana experience ideal)
* Strong analytical mindset with proven optimisation results
* Exceptional attention to detail and QA discipline
