DevSecOps Consultant

We are looking for…

A technical security specialist capable of performing deep evidence-based reviews of IAM, application security, encryption, vulnerability management, and security monitoring controls. You have strong Azure and DevSecOps experience and the capability to identify non-compliances and inherent risks within a complex environment.



About the role

As a Technical Security Specialist, you are responsible for embedding security in the DevOps way of working. You drive the security-by-design approach, ensuring security is embedded early in development, rather than addressed later as a reactive measure.



You will:

Responsibilities

Reviewing IT Guardrails issues and providing expert guidance.
*

Performing SPOT checks on various teams and applications.
*

Implementing strategic projects within the team, such as improving the efficiency of security processes.
*

Merging the gap between security and DevOps teams by showcasing and explaining security best practices.



Who are you?

Experience

*

3-5 years of experience in Cyber Security, IT, Risk Management, or the Banking sector.
*

Proven experience with the DevOps way of working and Azure environments.
*

Experience in coding and development.



Profile

*

Deep knowledge and understanding of IAM, application security, encryption, vulnerability management, and security monitoring controls.
*

Strong stakeholder management skills; you move easily in a complex stakeholder field, you can communicate clearly to different stakeholder groups.
*

Self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and a strong team-player mentality.
*

Professional proficiency in both English and Dutch.
