We are looking for a Collibra Developer to play a key role in a major platform transformation focused on modernising data cataloguing, metadata automation, and governance workflows. About the role
As a Collibra Developer, you will be responsible for evolving and optimising a business-critical data governance platform used across a large enterprise landscape. You will translate business and governance requirements into smart, scalable platform solutions and ensure the environment is future-ready.
In this role, you will:
• Design, build, and maintain workflows, operating models, assessments, roles, and policies within Collibra
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable platform configurations and automation solutions
• Develop API-based integrations with enterprise applications, ETL tools, and databases
• Automate metadata onboarding and improve data lineage and governance processes
• Maintain strong code management and deployment standards, including version control and release processes
• Optimise platform performance, support upgrades, and drive scalability improvements
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and help maximise adoption and platform value
• Collaborate closely with governance, architecture, and engineering teams to align technical delivery with business goals

About you
• 5+ years of experience with Collibra or similar data governance platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 and Groovy workflow development
• Proven experience building API integrations and automation solutions
• Experience integrating governance tools with ETL pipelines and databases
• Strong knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, glossary management, and data ownership principles
• Experience designing and customising operating models in complex environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and confident communication style
• Able to challenge constructively and translate business needs into technical solutions
