Job Description
As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for:
- preparing ingredients yourself
- applying basic cooking techniques
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of
menus, the menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s).
 
Job Requirements
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
 
What do we offer? Market-rate salary of €2,510–€3,050 gross per month (depending on experience, in accordance with the Hospitality CLA and adjusted in the event of CLA changes)
