* Work safely and efficiently inside datacenter rooms (MDF/IDF/DC halls)

Datacenter Design Contribution

* Support engineers by reviewing layout options, rack elevations, and cabling plans
* Validate technical specifications against operational feasibility and DC best practices
* Help ensure adherence to industry standards and internal guidelines

This is a hands-on environment requiring precision, discipline, and strong technical awareness of physical IT infrastructure.

About you

* 10+ years’ experience in hands-on datacenter operations or similar hands-on infrastructure role
* CDCP certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience working in a multi cultural, multi national complex environment.
* Strong expertise in rack installation, structured cabling (fibre & copper), and hardware troubleshooting
* Ability to read and work with datacenter floorplans, rack layouts, and technical diagrams

* Experience with CMDB systems, asset tracking, and configuration management
* Comfortable working in a 24×7 operational environment with on-call responsibilities
* Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
* Calm, reliable, and effective in incident or pressure-driven situations

Why this role

* You will work in a high-availability, mission-critical datacenter environment
