About the position
As an Independent Working cook I at Sumo Nijmegen, you are responsible for a wide range of tasks in the kitchen:
· Preparing ingredients yourself
· Applying basic cooking techniques
· Providing input regarding the composition and changes of menus, dishes, and methods
· Responsible for stock and order management
· Professionally supervising kitchen assistants
Job requirements
· MBO level 3 (vocational education) work and thinking level
· Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
What Sumo offers
· Market-based salary: €2,450 – €2,960 gross per month, depending on experience and skills
