IT Specialist TAP vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Ensure reliable and efficient execution of critical business processes and system interfaces across production environments
- Support night batch operations and monitor scheduled jobs, system queues, and integrations
- Maintain production, UAT and test environments, including deployment of artefacts in these environments
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation of routine tasks and manual processes
- Resolve and close incidents/service requests, escalating unresolved issues as required and logging relevant details
- Generate and deliver operational reports and KPIs to IT management, supporting continuous improvement
Your experience/knowledge:
- Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Triple A Plus (AAA+) and iHub Reporting
- Solid understanding of system interfaces, batch job scheduling, and reconciliation processes within complex financial environments
- Good knowledge of Sybase databases, Linux operating systems (including shell scripting), and job automation using Automic UC4
- Experience in monitoring critical applications and integrations to ensure system high availability
- Language skills: English
