EMEA Sales Manager – Food Diagnostics
An innovative and rapidly growing international company active in food safety, diagnostics, and life sciences technologies is currently looking for an EMEA Sales Manager to strengthen its commercial presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategic territory and contribute directly to the expansion of advanced diagnostic solutions in a high-growth market.
Your Role
As EMEA Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial development across your assigned region. You will manage distributor networks, develop new business opportunities, and ensure sustainable revenue growth within your territory.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing a commercial growth strategy for the EMEA region.
* Building and managing a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems and structured reporting.
* Monitoring sales forecasts, KPIs, and overall commercial performance.
* Identifying high-potential markets, segments, and strategic accounts.
* Managing and developing relationships with regional distributors and partners.
* Ensuring pricing discipline while protecting margins and profitability.
* Collaborating closely with marketing, regulatory, R&D, and operations teams to address market needs.
* Building relationships with key opinion leaders and major industry stakeholders.
* Participating in industry events and strengthening the company’s presence in the sector.
Initially, this role is structured as an individual contributor position, with the possibility of building a regional team as the market grows.
Your Profile
* At least 5 years of successful experience in international sales within food diagnostics, biotech, life sciences, or a related industry.
* Strong business development mindset with a clear hunter mentality.
* Experience managing distributors and complex B2B sales cycles.
* Degree in science, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
* Fluent in English and at least one additional European language.
* Willingness to travel internationally (around 50%).
