Job Description:
Global Pharmaceutical company, based in Dublin, Ireland – looking for Technology Transfer Manager.
The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple teams involved in supporting and developing manufacturing processes.
The Job:
* Lead the teams and development laboratory to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
* Establish and implement long-term strategies for manufacturing operations.
* Ensure successful Technical Transfer of new products to the Grange Castle site.
* Collaborate effectively with Global Teams (Pharmaceutical Sciences and Manufacturing Sciences).
* Solve complex problems in manufacturing settings, providing innovative solutions.
* Ensure compliance with Global Validation standards.
* Enhance and innovate Data Science – develop use of computational modelling to ensure right first-time technical transfer.
* Develop use of AI and other tools to predict.
* Process Validation - lead and develop team of validation SMEs, ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain validated state of site manufacturing processes.
Have You:
* Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a Science related field is required.
* >10 years of industry experience.
* Desired minimum years management experience.
* Demonstrates strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and inspiring teams.
* Experienced in managing teams, fostering collaboration and effective delegation.
* Utilizes continuous improvement methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
* Ensures rigorous quality assurance and integrates safety protocols to uphold standards.
* Proficient in manufacturing engineering principles and practices.
* Communicate effectively with peers and customers, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
* Solves complex problems in manufacturing settings, providing innovative solutions.
The successful candidate must have eligible working VISA in Ireland or European Union (EU) passport.
