Dublin City Centre (On-site, Monday - Friday)
6-Month Contract (with the potential to extend)
About the Role
Are you an experienced insurance professional looking to join one of Ireland's largest national affinity schemes? Here at Morgan McKinley we are partnering with a highly respected organisation to find a stellar Team Member to join them on a temporary basis.
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll be handling personal lines (Home and Motor) for current and retired staff members. If you have a keen eye for detail and love delivering top-notch customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Be Doing

The Essentials: Processing New Business, Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs), and Renewals.

Customer Care: Chatting with customers daily via email, phone, and post to answer their queries and provide excellent service.

The Numbers: Managing premium payments, keeping renewal reconciliations in check, and monitoring daily statistics.
*
The Market: Benchmarking products against external competitors to make sure they stay competitive.
What We're Looking For
*
Experience: Approximately 2 years of practical experience in a personal lines role within the Insurance industry.
*
Knowledge: Solid technical know-how in Home and/or Motor insurance.
*
Qualifications: An APA in Personal Lines is essential, but if you have your CIP, even better!
*
Skills: Fantastic communication skills, serious attention to detail, and a target-driven, team-player mindset.
*
Bonus points if you have experience with the Applied system or the flexibility to jump between home and motor products!
