Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of mission-critical electrical systems for large-scale Semiconductor construction projects. This role is responsible for managing electrical scope from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all electrical construction activities on Semi-Conductor projects
* Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors delivering electrical systems (LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, etc.)
* Coordinate with design, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment and constructability
* Review and manage electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, codes, and regulations
* Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking electrical milestones and deliverables
* Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and change orders for electrical scope
* Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting
* Identify and mitigate risks related to electrical installation and energisation
* Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in data center or mission-critical environments
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, and power distribution
* Experience managing subcontractors and large-scale construction projects
* Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, local regulations)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
