Global Marketing Manager – Life Sciences

A fast-growing international organization operating in diagnostics, food safety, and biotechnology is currently looking for a Global Marketing Manager to lead its worldwide marketing strategy and support international expansion.

This role combines strategic leadership, digital marketing transformation, and commercial growth acceleration within a technology-driven environment.

Your Role

As Global Marketing Manager, you will lead the company’s marketing strategy and drive initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support sales development, and accelerate market expansion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Defining and implementing the global marketing strategy aligned with international growth objectives.
* Managing and developing a team including product managers, operational marketing specialists, and customer success professionals.
* Driving product marketing initiatives and building a structured product roadmap aligned with market needs.
* Leading the launch and development of a digital e-commerce platform.
* Implementing data-driven marketing strategies including marketing automation and performance campaigns.
* Leveraging analytics and dashboards to track marketing performance and pipeline contribution.
* Managing CRM/ERP marketing processes and ensuring effective lead management.
* Supporting distributor networks with marketing tools and demand generation programs.
* Organizing customer engagement initiatives including events, workshops, and thought leadership activities.

Your Profile

* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in international B2B marketing, ideally within diagnostics, biotech, or life sciences.
* At least 5 years of leadership experience managing marketing or product teams.
* Proven experience with digital marketing strategies and e-commerce initiatives.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms.
* Experience working with CRM/ERP systems such as Odoo or equivalent platforms.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an asset.
